Celebrex
is a prescription medicine for the relief of inflammation, and stiffness of Arthritis; both osteoarthritis and adult rheumatoid
arthritis. By reducing pain, inflammation, and stiffness, Celebrex can help people perform everyday functions such
as walking and bending. Possible side effects while taking this medicine include diarrhea, indigestion, mild stomach pains, gas, nausea, or headache. If they continue or are bothersome, check
with your doctor. Don't take this medication if you have had a severe allergenic reaction to aspirin, or any medicine containing aspirin or to a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory tablet (such as
Feldene, Motrin, Naprosyn, Clinoril), or to a sulfonamide antibiotic (Septra DS, Bactrim DS, Gantrisin). A severe reaction includes a severe rash, hives, breathing difficulties, or dizziness.
